Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment simple! You may call our office at 707 546 2107. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Meet Our Doctors
Dr Ralph Hoyal
Is no stranger to the Santa Rosa community. Being in a podiatric surgical practice for over 35 years, he is also known as the “Singing Podiatrist”. If Dr Ralph Hoyal is not in the office singing to his patients during clinic treatment as well as surgery, you can find him on stage at multiple venues around Sonoma County.
Dr Ralph Hoyal puts emphasis in general podiatric care of the foot and ankle. His conservative approach has recognized him as a well respected podiatrist in the community. Ralph Hoyal graduated from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in 1975 and did a 1year residency in Long Beach California. Prior to podiatry school, he graduated from BYU, Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Science degree. . He managed to find time to serve a 2 ½ year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints in Denmark. He has been married to his wife Mona Lisa Hoyal for over 50years. Together they have 6 children and a 7th child who is their poodle named "BB". You will find BB frequenting the office halls as the office mascot. Both his wife, Mona Lisa and his daughter Dr Rachel Hoyal are part of the office team too.
Ralph has been actively involved with his community for over 30 years. You may have recognized him on stage playing roles such as Captain Hook in Peter Pan, Harold Hill in The Music Man, Fagan in Oliver, George in La Cage Aux Folles, The King in the King and I. He has also participated in various T.V. commercials and Movies. If you haven’t met Dr Ralph Hoyal you would think he was Dick Clarks twin brother.
He is also known for helping form the musical group “The Touch of Class” showing off his Tenor vocals.
He has recently found a new foundation with his brother’s, the Freemasons, and is proud to hold a 32nd degree mason with the Scottish Rite.
If he’s not busy enough, Ralph loves to play golf, basketball, spend time in his yard, enjoy family gatherings, camping and traveling.
Dr Rachel Hoyal
Graduated from the College of Podiatric Medicine with Honors and graduated from a 3 year surgical residency with Saint Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco. Her training included UCSF, Seton Hospital, Highland Hospital and San Francisco General. Her training is with emphasis in Limb Salvage, Trauma, Reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, wound care, and diabetic lower extremity pathology. Prior to podiatry school “Dr Rachel” graduate from Sonoma State University with a major in chemistry.
Dr Rachel Hoyal is an associated member of the ABPS in foot and ankle surgery and an associated member of the ABPOPPM in podiatric medicine, limb salvage and wound care.
When Rachel is not walking in her “father’s footsteps”, she finds time to coach her son’s soccer teams and spend time with her 2 boys, 1 cats, 2 dogs and some large pigs. She is an avid runner and has participated in several full and half marathons in California over the years. If she is not running around Santa Rosa, you’ll find her on the coast where she loves to abalone dive, fish and go camping. When its time to relax, Rachel is either cooking gourmet meals for the whole neighborhood, or gardening with her dog Riley and pet pig Choners at her side.
